It is meant to allow you a little break while enabling connection with your body.
To fully enjoy this guided relaxation, make yourself comfortable. If possible, lie on your back or on your side, supporting your head and joints (for example, placing cushions under your knees). Here you can find a comfortable position idea.
If you prefer sitting, make sure that you are supported enough so that you do not have to constantly move to find a comfortable position.
